More than a boat, the Motivator has been a passion project. The owner spared no expense in the boat’s three-and-a-half-year complete refit in 2006. The rebuild featured not only a repower, rewiring, new plumbing, a new interior, new electronics, new refrigeration and added freezer capacity, but the addition of four feet to the boat’s cockpit.

The Motivator is known throughout Southern California for the boat’s fishing success—in tournaments and otherwise. The Pacifica brand is as synonymous with Southern California’s sportfishing scene as the swordfish.
